Coronavirus (COVID-19): Can I change or cancel my flight or trip?

If you have booked your flight or trip through a travel agency or a site other than www.luxair.lu or www.luxairtours.lu, please contact your agency or the site concerned directly.

In view of the health crisis, we quite understand that some passengers may want to postpone or modify their trip. We have therefore introduced some exceptional measures.

 

  • You have considerable flexibility in the case of tickets purchased between 13 March and 30 June and can change your flight date online at www.luxair.lu until the day before departure and postpone it for up to one year. If there is a difference in price, a supplementary amount may be requested, but there will be no refund.

 

  • In the case of tickets purchased before 13 March or after 30 June and with a departure date up to 15 September, you can change your flight date up to 21 days before departure and postpone it for up to one year. To do so, you will need to contact us via our contact form or the call centre.

 

  • For flight+hotel packages with a departure date up to 15 September, you can change the date and/or destination of your trip free of charge up to 21 days before departure and postpone it until 31 October 2021. You don't have your exact dates yet or your favourite hotel is not yet available? In this case, you will be able to make a second change up to 30 days before your new departure date. To do so, you will need to contact us via our contact form or the call centre.

 

  • Cancellation of the ticket or package is only possible according to our general terms and conditions of sale. There are no special rules related to COVID-19.
