Coronavirus COVID-19If you have received a COVID voucher directly from Luxair or LuxairTours, here is how to use it.
- Luxair flight vouchers must be used online. Vouchers are valid until the date indicated and will not be refunded if not used. If the new booking costs less, the difference will not be refunded.
- LuxairTours vouchers for flight+hotel packages cannot be used online. Instructions for use, plus conditions of use and reimbursement are detailed on the voucher.
