Online check-in is available 24 hours–1 hour before departure and only for flights leaving from Luxembourg and the following airports:
Ajaccio, Barcelona, Bari, Berlin, Biarritz, Calvi, Catania, Copenhagen, Dublin, Figari, Geneva, Hamburg, Ibiza, Lisbon, London City, Madrid, Mallorca, Malaga, Milan, Munich, Nice, Palermo, Paris, Porto, Rome, Saarbrucken, Vienna and Venice.
For other destinations you must check-in at the airport on the day of departure.
Online check-in is not available for Metropolis bookings.
Check-in opens 2 hours before departure and closes 45 minutes before departure.
Avoid check-in queues. If you leave between 06:00 a.m. and 09:00 a.m., you can check your luggage in the day before your departure between 7:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
LuxairTours is open from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday, in the new terminal.

You can book your seats up to 50 hours before the date of departure on our www.luxairtours.lu website, in the ‘Choose your seat on the plane’ section. This service is also offered by your travel agency.
If you have opted for a LuxairTours Happy Summer package or a Book & Fly offer, or if you have booked a flight (without hotel), your seat reservation is €12.00 per flight and per person (subject to availability). You can book your seats up to 50 hours before the departure date on our website www.luxairtours.lu under "Choose your seat on the plane". This service is also offered by your travel agency. In the event of seat modification or cancellation, no refund is provided and this is not included in the travel coverage.
Travel with more legroom and treat yourself to a seat close to an emergency exit. This type of seat can be booked for €25.00 per flight and per person, for all ticket types. However, in order to access this type of seat you must meet certain conditions. Please note that the following passengers are not allowed to be seated close to the emergency exits: - Babies and children under 12 years of age (and their accompanying adults) - Persons transporting animals in the cabin - Pregnant women - People with reduced mobility - People with reduced mobility due to their weight, age or illness Passengers occupying a seat close to an emergency exit must be willing to help flight personnel in case of emergency. For safety reasons, check-in and flight crew staff must check whether passengers seated close to the emergency exits meet the above conditions. Therefore, LuxairTours reserves the right to allocate another seat to passengers if required to do so by the safety regulations. No reimbursement is due in the case of change or cancellation of seats and this is not included in the travel cover.
