Payment and travel documents

Payment

If you booked your holiday on our website, you will be asked to pay a deposit or the full amount online. If you booked your holiday by telephone, you will receive an invoice asking you to pay the deposit within seven days. The final invoice, asking for payment of the outstanding amount within seven days will be sent approximately three to four weeks before departure.

The total amount must be paid immediately for last-minute bookings (less than 30 days before departure).

Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer -only for bookings made more than 15 days before departure- (bank details are on the invoice). If you wish to pay by credit card, please contact us by telephone and do not send your credit card details by email for security reasons. 

Travel documents

Once you have made a reservation on our website or via our call centre, you will receive a confirmation by email within minutes. 
 
Travel documents will be automatically emailed to you two weeks before your departure. They are no longer sent by post.
If you book your trip less than 2 weeks before your departure, these documents will be emailed to you a few hours after your booking. 
It is not necessary to print all the pages. We only advise you to print the pages containing the reservation for your hotel rooms, rental car and possible excursions as these may be requested on site.
