MODIFICATION FREE OF CHARGE
For all holiday bookings until the 30th June, enjoy a free modification up to 14 days before departure during all summer, and even a free cancellation under certain conditions.*
FREE CANCELLATION
You can cancel your trip free of charge in case of lockdown, travel ban to the country/region by the relevant authorities, or if local measures require hotels to close all their restaurants or outdoor facilities.**

Free modification up to 14 days before departure

This offer is valid for all packages with a booking date before 30 June 2021, and a departure date until 31 October 2021, except for packages to France, Italy and "Metropolis". For these, the 30-day rule will be maintained.
This offer is also valid for existing bookings.
The change may concern the destination, the hotel, the travel date and the names of the participants. Excluded are: the number of participants and the reduction of the length of stay by more than 2 days.
It is possible to postpone your trip until 31 October 2021 latest.

Free cancellation in the event of a lockdown or travel ban
Valid for all package holidays, with a booking date before 30 June 2021, and a departure date until 31 October 2021. Also valid for existing bookings. Free cancellation can only be requested between 21 days and 7 days before your departure if one of the following conditions is met:
- If entry into the destination area/country is officially prohibited by the relevant authorities (travel ban).
- In case of a complete lockdown of the local population (in the destination) with a prohibition for travellers to leave their hotel at any time.
- In the case of a complete lockdown in the home country, prohibiting the population from leaving their home for non-essential reasons and thus also from travelling to the airport.
- If local measures require hotels to close all restaurants or outdoor swimming pools.
- If these measures are announced less than 7 days before departure, the customer has 48 hours from the official announcement to request a free cancellation of the trip.
In all these cases, the free modification remains of course possible under the same conditions
ONSITE ANTIGEN TEST INCLUDED
LuxairTours organizes and covers the antigen test at destination for passengers who have booked a package holiday until the 30th June 2021 (last return flight). This test is required for all persons aged 6 or more when they fly back to Luxembourg. Our tour guide will contact the client to arrange an appointment at the hotel or in a laboratory. In case of quarantine, LuxairTours will cover the accommodation costs and organize the return flight on the next Luxair flight. This offer could stop before 30 June if tests are no longer required to enter Luxembourg.
Metropolis and all package holidays to France, Italy and Croatia are excluded from this offer. More info
TRAVEL SAFE&CLEAN

Procedure for each travel destination:
- Canary Islands (excepted Gomera), Bulgaria, Cabo Verde, Funchal, Faro, Jerez, Palma de Mallorca, Heraklion, Rhodes, Malta, Tivat, Antalya: antigen test is carried out at the hotel.
- Bari (until the 9th of May last return): antigen test is carried out at the hotel.
- Djerba: PCR test carried out at the hotel.
- Gomera: antigen test in a nearby laboratory, the transfer is organized and paid by LuxairTours. In case you extend your stay in Tenerife, an antigen test will be required to take the ferry, this test is not paid for by LuxairTours.
- Catania (until the 9th of May - last return) and Malaga: antigen test is carried out in a nearby laboratory, the transfer can be organized through the LuxairTours representative at destination but will have to be paid by the client. We strongly recommend using public taxis.
- Hurghada: Antigen test carried out in a nearby laboratory, the transfer will be organized and paid by LuxairTours.
- Dubai: PCR test will be carried out in the hotel. The customer has to pay for the test on-site (ca. AED 300, which corresponds to around EUR 68) and can send the invoice for refund to LuxairTours using our contact form https://www.luxairtours.lu/en/contact#/traveller.
- Information for other destinations in Spain, Greece, Tunisia and Morocco will be added progressively on this site
- Metropolis, all destinations in France, Italy, and Croatia: excluded from this offer. When you arrive at your destination, please check our website, contact our tour guide or hotel reception for information about the closest test center.
