Why choose a ‘groups’ offer rather than making several individual bookings?
By making separate bookings, you will not necessarily get the same rate for all passengers and the hotel may be full before the necessary number of rooms have been booked. Compared to an individual solution, you will also benefit from many more benefits in terms of price, flexibility and personalisation.
Greater flexibility
LuxairTours gives groups greater flexibility in order to make planning your holiday as easy as possible. It is not always easy to have the names and even the exact number of participants several months in advance.
That is why we sometimes allow the names to be provided after the booking. We also accept changes to names and the size of the group free of charge (or, when necessary, at very low fees) subject to certain conditions.

Personalised service
The LuxairTours Groups department will advise you on the best options for your holidays. Thanks to their thorough knowledge of hotels and destinations, they will find the best offer based on your budget, the size of your group and your expectations.
Our personalised service also includes the option of booking private transfers for your group from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. In addition, you can add to your holiday by booking different excursions.
*Valid on all packages (flight+hotels) with a travel date between 1st June and 16th October 2026 (last return) and a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Group must consist of minimum 10 and maximum 25 adults. Two children = one adult. Reduction per child 25€. In case the group will be reduced under 10 persons, the reduction will be lost as well as group conditions.
Offer valid for all new bookings made between 3rd and 23rd February 2026. A non-refundable deposit of 25% to confirm the group must be paid by 16th March 2026 latest.
This discount can’t be combined with other group reductions or promocodes and is not valid on Holiday A la Carte hotels and Metropolis.
