A premium gift
A premium gift box will arrive at your door a few days before departure, accompanied by your travel documents, to get you in the mood for your holiday.

Changes at no extra cost
If you change your mind, you can make changes free of charge. Trips can be modified up to 14 days before departure* (subject to Terms and Conditions), a traveller can be changed up to 3 days before departure, and name corrections can be made up to 3 hours before departure.

*30 days for Dubai and Italy.

A reserved parking space at the airport
For a stress-free departure, your Excellence package includes a reserved parking space in the underground car park at Luxembourg Airport. Reservations can be made easily via the link in your travel confirmation.
 

The Luxembourg Airport Experience
Enjoy the Luxembourg Airport Experience, with priority check-in at the Business counter, access to the Fast Lane at security, and time to unwind in the Luxair Lounge before boarding.

Increased baggage allowance
With Excellence, each traveller can bring two standard checked bags of up to 23 kg each, plus one carry-on bag of up to 8 kg, as well as golf or diving equipment (to be booked at least 72 hours in advance).

Expertly prepared in-flight catering
Excellence guests can order special meals at no extra cost, including dishes tailored to specific dietary requirements, vegan and gluten-free options, Luxembourg specialities, and fruit platters (orders must be placed at least 72 hours before departure for both outbound and return flights).

Choice of seat on board
Choosing an Excellence holiday gives you the freedom to reserve your preferred seat free of charge, from Front to Extra Leg Space options, for an exceptionally comfortable journey (subject to availability at the time of booking).

Individual transfers
Upon arrival, enjoy a stress-free journey between the airport and your hotel with private return transfers included in your package.

Local support
A LuxairTours representative* will be available to assist you throughout your stay, before, during and after your trip. In the event of a delay, flight cancellation or any other unexpected issue, our team will take care of everything—flights, hotels and transfers—so you can travel with complete peace of mind.
