Check-in opens 2 hours before departure and closes 45 minutes before departure for economy class, 30 minutes before departure for business class.
Previous night check-in
Available at Luxembourg Airport for Luxair flights.
Previous night check-in lets you check in the evening before your early morning flight. It is available from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. for Luxair flights departing the next morning between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. This makes your departure faster and easier. Make sure your cabin baggage follows Luxair’s policy to avoid delays.
Who can use it
Individual passengers
- Must present valid ID or passport
- Must follow baggage allowance and Dangerous Goods rules
Groups up to 9 passengers (within same booking number)
- Checked in by an adult who is also travelling
- Must present original IDs/passports for all travellers
- Each bag must be labelled and checked individually (no pooled baggage)
- Must follow baggage allowance and Dangerous Goods rule
- The group organizer can contact the Luxair Group Department at group@luxairgroup.lu at least 5 days before departure.
Groups of 10 or more
